Who is OLAF suitable for?
OLAF is suitable for children with excessive motor activity. It is ideal for children that can get up by themselves and also require therapy and nursing in bed. OLAF is suitable for children, who despite illness and disability have motor skills to get in and out of bed independently.
Medical care & therapy
OLAF offers a height adjustment ranging from 22 cm to 108 cm (top of mattress) which makes is very ergonomic for the carer. It has a very low access level and perfect nursing height and can be exactly positioned at seating or wheelchair height guaranteeing safe access to and from the cot. OLAF has four easy to open doors on the side and allows for the use of a hoist.
OLAF is fitted with acrylic windows, allowing visual access without feeling enclosed. The colourful and fun fittings of OLAF stimulate children and give it a pleasant feel.
