The Chorea-Huntington bed

Our aim is to find a solution for every special sleep situation. We have therefore worked with one of the leading institutions in Germany in the field of Huntington's disease. It was very important for us to talk to the carers and never neglect the comfort of the patients.

Today, we can proudly say that we have developed THE perfect bed for Huntington's disease. Our CHOREA HUNTINGTON bed always has a 60 cm high all-round protection and 6 cm thick padding. Padding is extremely important for patients with Huntington's disease due to the spasms that occur at a particularly advanced stage of the disease. That is why we have chosen an impact-resistant but soft foam. The padding is always firmly attached to the bed and also covers the upper edges of the bed. It is very important to us that the patient has as much space as possible in the bed. The 6 cm thick padding does not reduce the internal dimensions of the bed.

Our CHOREA HUNTINGTON bed has a 4-section sleeping platform so that the patient can be optimally cared for and positioned. The doors can be opened completely on one long side and the bed can be adjusted in height by 50 cm. This also provides optimum ease of care.
