Who is EMMA 1 suitable for?

EMMA 1 is suitable for children with a range of different disabilities. It offers a space of 76 cm underneath the cot which also allows for care from a wheelchair. EMMA 1 is partly fitted with acrylic windows which allows children visual access to their environment.

Medical care & therapy

EMMA 1 has 80 cm high doors which can be fitted on one or both sides. This prevents children from accidentially entering or leaving the care cot. A special door fitting prevents doors from being opened from the inside.
The height adjustment from 45 cm to 95 cm (top of mattress) makes EMMA 1 ergonomic and the ideal choice for care and therapy. EMMA 1 has 76 cm of space underneath which allows for the usage of a hoist.

An important accessoiry are hose routing bed posts which allow for use of a resperator or feeding tubes.
