How long are your lead times?
Our lead time for standard beds are currently 3-4 weeks. For bespoke beds we require 7-8 weeks.

Does a white bed cost more? If yes, then why?
Yes, due to a higher workload prices vary according to the size or variant of a care cot. We will happily provide you with an individual offer via your dealer.
Can we directly buy from KayserBetten?
No, our care cots are medical products and can only be sold via specialised dealers.
Can we see the beds before we buy one?
Yes, you can either make an appointment and visit our site in Dorfmark or see one of our beds at a specialised dealer near you.
Can I receive colour samples?
Yes, we can supply you with a sample of all lacquer and padding colours.
Where do I need to send my bed in case it has been damaged
Your first point of contact should always be the dealer you bought the bed from.
How do I find the right bed?
You can talk to your dealer, use our new configurator or call us for advice.
